General Infections Advice- Anal Abscess:
From my personal experience of using a variety of prescription-medications, over time it seemed that my body became immune to infection, infections seemed more frequent, infections (like lip herpes, candida / yeast) were more painful.
The pharmacy-drugs were weakening my resistance to infections & my pocket!
If you are prone to recurring infections, body or skin afflictions:
- Make sure your partner gets checked / treated as well.
- Use a condom if you don't trust him or if he refuses to undergo treatment with you.
- Avoid sitting naked in Spas or saunas or on other people's toilets. Sit in the sauna on a personal towel and make sure you sit on same side, not on the one that was in contact with a public surface!

I recommend you to eat bio-yoghurt every day (esp. for yeast infections) and drink a tablespoon of natural bio-apple-vinegar in a glass of water. This is also great for combating hunger.
