From my personal experience of using a variety of perscription-medications, over time it seemed that my body became immune to them, infections seemed more frequent, more painfull. The pharma-drugs were weakenning my resistance!
If you are prone to reccuring infections, body or skin affictions:
- Make sure your partner gets checked / treated as well.
- Use a condom if you don't trust him or if he refuses to undergo treatment with you.
- Avoid sitting naked in Spas or saunas or on other people's toilets. Sit in the sauna on a personal towel and make sure you sit on same side, not on the one that was in contact with a public surface!
- Take care what you eat. Some foods (sugars and carbohydrates) tend to cause an imballance in our stomach. The bacteria will migrate from there. I reccomend you to eat bio-jughurt every day and drink a tablespoon of natural bio-apple-vinegar in a glass of water. This is also great for combatting hunger.
